Welcome to The Brown Center Agency for Professional Development. We are excited to serve Louisiana's best child care centers, facilities, and early childhood education professionals. We also offer education consultation to school districts, charter schools, private sectors, and parents.

Bianca was born and raised in Lake City, Florida. She graduated high school in 1998. Upon graduation, she was accepted into Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University to study psychology. Bianca excelled and graduated in 2002. Bianca immediately became an early childhood education professional teaching children from birth to age four.
Bianca was later asked to teach at the elementary level as a third grade teacher. While teaching, she gained major recognition and was encouraged to pursue a graduate degree in educational counseling. Upon obtaining a graduate degree, Bianca landed a career in professional school counseling and founded Willa's Haven and Learning Academy, a child care center for children birth to age five.
Today, Bianca spends her time counseling, consulting, and training education professionals. She continues to receive her own professional development while pursuing a doctoral degree in Education.
